I have really enjoyed the information that is being presented in the leadership class. It is interesting. These articles definitely apply to my role as an ITRT.
You know I have been noticing that too. When I was writing my leadership plan, I noticed how many of the similarites we learned about as ITRT's it is pretty interesting.
I like the readings! I have found that thinking about what we do as ITRT's puts us at an advantage. We have the time in our day to start the change process.
