Our first class
Last night was our first class. We got an overview of what will be expected and where we are going. I enjoyed watching the video. It was fast paced. It kind of correlates with how fast technology is changing and growing. I have never used Wikipedia, so I am very excited to learn about it. I have worked with blogs. In the fall, I had 2 classes of 5th graders using blogs to review the History SOLs. They loved it. I think I am going to learn alot in this final semester!

I am really looking forward to this semester...I think with everything coming out this next school year in Spotsylvania, podcasting, blogs, etc. this course came at the perfect time. I am expecting some great ideas to come out of this semester on how to use these great tools in the classroom.
I'm interested in hearing how you did your blogs with elementary students. I'm excited because one of my teachers wants to try it with fifth graders next year!
Hurray! I'm excited that you're going to graduation on Sat. :)
I was going to ask that, too.. I'd like to hear (read) more about the blog experience with the kids.
